The Nepal-Britain Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NBCCI) had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Ellie Parker, Regional Trade for Development Advisor at the British High Commission, on 16th July, 2026 to discuss opportunities for strengthening trade between Nepal and the United Kingdom.

The discussion centered on how NBCCI can act as a bridge between Nepali exporters and international markets such as the UK, facilitating market access, fostering business connections, and supporting the growth of Nepal’s export sector.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Roshan Rathi President; Rajendra Khetan, President Emeritus; Sarad Banjara, General Secretary; Shiv Prakash Khemka, Executive Member; Kriti Shrestha, Executive Secretary from NBCCI and Anup Kumar Shrestha, Head of Department for Business and Trade from British Embassy Nepal.

NBCCI remains committed to promoting stronger Nepal–UK trade relations and creating meaningful opportunities for Nepali businesses to expand their global footprint.
